4. Account Registration and Verification

To access ni777's full range of services — including depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration requires your Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a password of your choosing, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. ni777 will send a one-time SMS verification code (OTP) to your registered number to confirm ownership. Your phone number serves as your account identifier and is linked to your deposits and withdrawals.

ni777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the customer relationship — including before processing a withdrawal, when a deposit or withdrawal exceeds a threshold set by ni777, or when unusual activity is detected on an account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 4. Verified account withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes of approval. • Winnings generated from a deposit that is subsequently reversed or charged back will be void and removed from the player's account. ni777 may pursue legal remedies to recover losses resulting from fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ni777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, and to the general bonus rules set out below.

Bonuses are credited to your account balance as either real-money or bonus-money credits, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus-money credits are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is available).

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one ni777 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, contact details, or payment method.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with ni777's games, betting markets, or platform in a manner not intended for human play, including any exploit of RNG patterns or predictive tools.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or similar games, or coordinating bets to exploit a promotion.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using ni777's platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, or attempting to use ni777 as a conduit for fund transfers unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with ni777's platform, software, games, or security systems, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or exploits of any kind.
• Abusing ni777's customer support system, including making false claims, threatening support staff, or submitting fraudulent dispute requests with the intent to obtain an undeserved financial benefit.
